I love all your paintings. The lighting and colors are just perfect
Eddieee - Thank you. I had been looking at (i think i mean drooling over) Michael Kutsche's concepts, before turning that out for the sketchoholic Alice in wonderland contest
Rainytown - Thank you!
This is now finished.
The talking salamander at the bottom of the garden gives blues guitar lessons.
teapo - Thanks, I'd like it too
smokenmirrors - Good spot, I've altered it (no need to post it I dont think)
So I've redesigned my blog, and this guy is the illustration for the new banner.
Also glad to see that CA isn't all weird and magnified anymore, and I can look at people's work properly again
Wow! What a lovely tree, must be the cutest tree i have ever seen! I will check out the rest of your sketchbook just because of it
AHAH monstertree, that is pretty cool there. You sure are a happy fellah.
Wow, I simply love that tree. I'm going to pick at minitiae, the lips don't make sense on the curve of the root under it.
Help a 16 year old kid out with some critique, my sketchbook
interesting change of direction there with the last piece , i find the volumes on the chest and the volume of the belly a bit confusing and can't quite understand what's happening in that particular region. The chest i can't figure it out if it's bug's head chest piece thingy that has some motifs engraved on it or if the head is made out of volumes
Dude you are on a roll with them simples, keep it up George.
The second design feels more solid to me - but I also really dig the dynamic pose and the action of the first one. You have some really great work here by the way! Keep it up.
Subscribing! Your paintings are beautiful.
kingkostas - Thanks, that means a lot.
teapo - Thanks. I hope it'll strengthen my drawing skills and make me less fussy.
Wr00m - Thank you!
Bees tell each other where they found food by waggling and dancing around. This is how it happens in my head.

Loving your sketchbook dude!
The doodle of the god guy with all the merging forms is really nice, Love how is body and arms pop out from the rest. The folds are painted really nicely too.
The simple stuff looks pretty good, I totally know what you mean about it being harder, you have so much less to work with, so what you do have needs to work perfectly.
Ive always really liked the style from Zelda Wind Waker for that sort of simple body shapes and little legs The sense of design you incorporated reminded me of that too. Id just watch how much you push the limb imbalance, the big arms are good, but maybe the small legs are too small. Maybe a little more length or a touch more girth. Would give him a better sense of balance. Which also makes me think that the sort of 'joint' - should be at the hips not the top of each leg. The second one of the bird guy, has awkward legs because of it.
Didnt mean to say so much! Haha!
Hope you see where Im coming from, Love your work a lot dude. Keep it up!
you awesome dude, such nice colorz and stuffs/runs out to draw/
WOW....LOVE your style!!! Great and beautifull work!!
