||Okay, you know the drill: Check the last page for latest updates!||
Hey everyone! I've been a lurker in conceptart.org for ages and now I finally decided to start my own sketchbook here.
I'm a 18 year old high school student from Finland and I'm hopefully going to pursue studies as an architect in few years.
I hope you all enjoy my images and I'll try to update as often as I can

More master copy drawings for you people These are from Da Vinci. I learned alot about the structures of the chest and shoulder from these.
More anatomy sketches coming!
awesome way to start a sketchbook Anthriel! i just love ur linwework, it flows
so well with the pencil texture of urs. that hooded character is great, though i
think that her/his lips are a bit strict or tight in a way. perhaps loosen em up
abit, to get a more relaxed expression.
Anyways, ur going in the right direction, so keep the updates rolling
Here's a rather quick one which I did for the Anatomy lesson at cgtalk.com. It's still a work in progress and you'll see the finished one here soon enough
Hope you like it!
The last one is nice. Your anatomy (master copies) are really good...I'm addicted to this already...I'll be lurking this thread!
Thanks for the compliement and please be my guest and lurk as much as you want hehe. I'm glad you liked my thread.
I'll be updating often!

Here's an image I made for an Anatomy lesson : The head held at cgtalk.com
about 4 hours and 100% photoshop7.
Hope you like it!
Hey everyone! Here's a close up for you Hope you like!
Nice progress from the first master copy. I think you managed to stay away from details longer in the second one making it look more solid overall.
Ps. Eihän sun nimi vaan ole Antti Juhani?
Thanks for the comment I appreciate it. I'm really glad you liked it.
ps. Ei ole Antti Juhani, ihan vaan Juhani Miten niin?
Havaitsin vaan että täällä on paljon antti nimisiä tyyppejä ja sun nimimerkki vaikutti vähintäänkin epäilyttävältä
Awesome sketches! I really like the last one. Keep it up!
I finally went and got myself real graphic pencils from 9B to 9H (WOOT!). And figured I'd try them out, so I did and this is the result.
More to come! Hope you enjoy.
Love your digital sketches. And that last head study also looks amazing.
That image looks very El Greco. probably is the color scheme and landscape choice.Originally Posted by Anthriel

Orgasmic. The sense of space and atmosphere is tremendous. Please finish? PUH-LEASE!?!?!?! :p
I love your master studies especially the atmosphere on the first portrait. Your Wips are very nice to. The only thing that i have to say about the one with the castle is that it could use a more dramatic light source.
you have some sweet stuff in here. i really like your anatomy studies. you have some great rendering skills. On this piece: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...el1/Castle.jpg my only crit is that there isn't a whole lot going on composition wise, like, the first thing i see is the castle, and that's all there is to see. it's rendered beautifully, but i think if you added some other stuff going on throughout the piece it might help. Like maybe a bridge leading out to the castle, or warships sailing in or something, i dunno, it just needs more than a castle in the center of the piece to me.
"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
