Hmm, I agree with Davide on this one. Its really flat feeling, the shoulders and torso don't feel 3d to me. Neat design, but it lacks the structure and vitality of some of your past drawings.
that last one is just awesome, ur pencils have so much
characteristics. Can read his facial expression so well,
thumbs up dude. Want to c some digitals though, and btw,
if ur having trouble with the digis, download the
watch and learn torturials from Negrotuerto here.
They are very helpfull indeed.
anyways...keep the regular updates dude, hungry for some more
@wolfbane:thx dude for stopping by once in a while.Saw some of those tutorial, but I really need time for some digi experiments.I sure will do something during the summer
argh, a little try with something similar to a "scene" argh guess i gotta try harder, long crits awaited
I dig your loose line work!
Last one looks really cool!
I like it, has he been stealing?
Keep posting, I'm watching!
@sabe2003: thx man! your art is really great, thanks for the kind words!
@Tigermilk:thx mate, always a pleasure to have you here.

These ones look nicer to me. The chest on the guy on the upper one is still a little vague, but overall they feel more solid. I odn't see anything wrong with your scene except that it doesn't really frame the action all that well. The arm holding the card also feels a bit suspicious too. Overall, pretty cool work, keep it up.
Eh eh, seems like our crits worked...the first one, the "hate" guy is very good, his pose is static, but asymmetric and dynamic enough to look natural.
About the 2nd one....Not bad, really. It's definitely better than you think, the pic has a good depth, poses are ok ( except for the guy in the middle: I can't understand what he is doing. It's like facial expression says something, and the gesture says something different. ( praticamente l'espressione facciale è parecchio accentuata, invece il corpo è fermo in una posa quasi innaturale) Ma per il resto, secondo me sei davvero sulla strada giusta!
As I will tell you for the rest of your days, try to go further with those sketches!!
About "SSG friends"....my update is coming...
I like the action of the newest picture. This may be splitting hairs since it's a sketch but applying the air perspective (or whatever) with contrasts or line weights or something could make the picture "easier" to view. The arm of the guy on the left blends a bit with the tower far away for example.
Yeah, improvement is evident in theese, and I agree with what's been said. As david said, you can push your scetches way further. As I have said, repetition is the key to sucsessful drawing, and it won't hurt you to refine that scene with a new, more polished drawing.
The happy little fellow at the top looks awesome, the only thing that you may want to change is the tattoo on his left arm, either make it a bit lighter or bring that dark black colour into the rest of the body, it just really stands out and doesn’t seem to sit on the arm.
for your scene as a sketch it looks good, the composition works well. refining it some more will help weed out any problems because a scratchy little line will become a defined thing.
and nice torsos
Hey there gnoll! thanks for all your comments in my book. : )
Really like the last studies you got goin on, really hot looking torso's.. always amusing to read the tincy scribbles outside our drawings haha. : P
glad to hear you like these last ones dudes. No update today 'cause i had to study.Yeah smuli, guess i'll do more of these kind of "studies", and, about davide's and n0fish suggestion, i hopefully will pilish some drawings, as soon as i have time (that means, as soon as i'm sure i'll get to the next year in school )
i hope to post something tomorrow
I really like the sketch in post #183, it reminds me of an old theacher I had a few years ago.
I also like your swooshy tumbnails on page three, especially the one in the upper right corner. Looks very much like a tau from warhammer 40k.
Would love to see you finish (or make a new) ps-guy
Visit my... SKETCHBOOK!
Heheheh, loos like you had fun this week , I leike those torso studies, the last one looks good ( except for the puppets, who don´t looks as good as the puppeteer )
Cheers, keep it up !
Great drawings are here! I like the way you build up your figures. And your studies are also very strong! That zombie with a chain is especially great. Keep it up! And thank you for visit my sketchbook and for helpfull and inspiring words.

Nice studies. Looks like you can do some nice cleaner work too . Agree with Shamagim about the latest one. Nice updates.
Not much of an update, but i did this at school (attention span: zero)
flat as a hedgehog on route 66, but whatever, here it is (tried to see if i remembered all those cool thing marko puts in his detailed drawings, forgot to make the dude actally look 3d...damn)
well, here it is...(again credids for inspiation go to marko
should try something new, i know, but i will soon
cool stuff , i thin kthough when you shade you should think of light/shadow in terms of the whole picture, and not just the individual bits of armour. also i wouldnt recommend doing studies of marko's work, as good as it is i think work from life (mirror) or photos that have a easily recognisable light source might be more beneficial. hope that helps
hey man awesome stuff. Are you in your last year of school? Must be stressful. Anyway kickass stuff as usual, digging the last guy. What would make it even better if it was inked, still great though, keep it up.
Cool update. He does feel a little flat and agree with rodrigo about thinking of lighting for the whole character. Keep it up man, and lets see some more guys in environments
