I am a long time lurker first time poster. Decided to start a sketchbook since I'm having problems with motivation lately. I will try to update this as often as I can.
Please bear with me and my horrible art.
Here is some stuff i do on a regular basis.
Constructive critisism would be greatly apreciated.

yeah dude i totally feel what you are saying about not having motivation and that feeling that everything you draw is crap. im in one of those slumps as well. But listen motherfucker you got talent. same thing ive been telling myself, just say fuck it to the anxious feelings of doubt, pick up the pen and practice your dick off. if its any constellation your a better at digital painting than me.
whoo more stuff that im not super embarassed to show.
more anatomy and value studies... my anatomy is super bad.
the figure on the top left seems to have a one or two extra spine joints now that i look at it. As for the second one im not sure whats wrong with it but it looks off.

The only way to get better is to practice, draw everything. A great motivator to me is seeing someone else who has taken the time to do whatever it takes to improve. Whether it be quitting their job to draw more or spending every free moment in between work or school drawing and painting. Here are a few links that might help..
Algenpflegers sketchbook this is one monster of an inspirational sb. Full of great critiques and old fashioned hard work.
Colepoopfaces sketchbook also inspirational with a few good tips scattered around within.
Nibras motivation thread full of goodies also
As for my opinion, you seem to have a good base in color and your lines are pretty confident, all you need to do is continue what your doing but do more. When that nagging voice in the back of your head starts in on you with, ( your not good enough, and you shouldn't show that), just beat it back back down by pushing yourself, do more and more of that subject until that voice is saying hell yeah, now that's what I'm talkin about! keep it up, and get out there and post on other sketchbooks, make others notice you and you'll have a visitor or two who will leave a juicy critique for you.
