Somewhere at this forum, someone's bound to have told you (or will tell you) about the dangers of jumping into anime/manga before you get the basics of real life anatomy down, so I won't repeat it. And you're clearly concerned about making that jump yourself...I can see it in the variety of images you've submitted. That hand study in #192 is a great exercise, and it's clearly paying off for you.
You might want to throw some more classic anatomical studies into the mix (the fencer in #198 is a good example, but some nudes or near-nudes will help...remember, you don't have to draw everything and go NSFW, just the forms), because sometimes your character's physiques look a little "lumpy", like you're a bit uncertain about what muscle goes where. You seem to be aiming for a really cool blend of manga-style based with realism, so that exercise will definitely prove to your advantage.
But the way you're tackling action poses? Very brave. Definitely keep that up.
