Blog with lots of art books reviewed

Hi guys, I buy and collect art books and do reviews for them.

On my blog is a list of art books I have so far with pictures and videos.
Basically, I'm trying to help people like me to get a glimpse of what's inside the book, especially when ordering stuff online.

Hope it's useful.

Some new art books that I just purchased are Art of Iron Man, Madagascar and coming Bolt.

Hey!

Just be careful that you don't put *too* much content up there. This website will probably get VERY popular here, so it'd be a shame if someone from one of the respective companies became peeved at the potential freebies people will get.

It'd just be a shame, because it's a very nice idea for an art book review blog, so we don't want anything bad to happen on your end. I'm bookmarking your page now and will check back often. Thanks very much!

Thanks.

I've some knowledge on copyright issues so nowadays, I'm putting up only a maximum of 10 pictures for each book with a small high-res video. If the book is thinner, then less pictures. Nothing to the effect of duplicating work.

Some of the books are really fantastic and deserve more exposure. And those sucky ones, since I bought them with my money, I have no hesitation saying they are sucky.

People should know what they are buying before they buy.

The art of Ryan Meinerding in that Iron Man book is some of the best concept art you will ever see, incredible artist.

Great blog man, nice to see the tutorial book of Doug Chiang, I might buy that one.

In which case, it's a fantastic idea, and very much appreciated. Thank you.

I've been staying at home, not going to many bookstores, not browsing on Amazon, and over time that has starved the little demon inside me that wants to spend all of my limited funds and great art books into relative silence. Now, looking at your blog, that demon has awoke again. Damn you! And thanks very much for all the great reviews.

Thanks, guys.

Currently, I'm running a little contest with a prize of a $20 Amazon.com voucher (I can't afford much).

Just have to answer a simple question on my blog which is,"What's your top 3 favourite art books from 2008?"

Then I'll compile the response when the contest closes.
