some 2010 doodles and unfinished sketches.
So I will treat this thread as a blog I guess. Please don't expect any finnished pieces, it is a sketch book after all, and I'm way to busy being lazy to spend time fine tuning things that don't need to be fine tuned.
At times I may be able to post some "pro work" as long as it's been given the okay from the developer. Been doing a few Iphone apps lately.
hopefully I have enough sketchy crap lying around to keep things interesting.

I gotta say, I'm severely dissapointed by the lack of onions up in this SB, hehe. Seriously though, you've got some goooooooood shit, I like the torso skin tone study or whatever it was, the one with all the interlocking bodies and the little pans labrynth ginger root red rocket character render is pretty silly too. Keep it up, definitely looking forward to some more updates.

I like all of it etc...But it's the fantasy and sci-fi stuff I dig the most. It's got balls.
Muz - Glad to be of service.
did a bit more work on my shooter bot. I notice this is a bit crooked (upper torso needs to slide over me thinks), and deffinatley a subconcious Hawk rip off. sorry James, but you broke the river bank, now the water is gonna flow through.

update at top
Great sketchbook! Keep on posting!
You have a great start here for just starting a sketchbook here. My only criticism would be that sometimes when you draw heads in different points of view, the drawing is a little odd. Other than that, you can render really well. Keep it up.
some more doodles.
thanks for the comments.
two of the apps I worked on this year have been released.
did some work on sims world expansion, notably the postcard illustrations.
I'll just show what they have at the app store.
and some screen shots from a little ArtDeco backgammon game from my friend at Ludo digital. I got to do all the art in this from concept through to UI, textures. it was a fast fun little project.

and a very rough Cheetarah sketch.

A concept for a Boer war memorial to be built in Canberra.
Though I've pulled my submission out, so no chance these will ever get commisioned.
Just didn't have the time to concentrate on the project.
Just doodling. Bromesque
spent the day working on a childrens book, this was a little escape.
just for fun, but C+C always welcome
Great work, really enjoy your dark side. It's gritty and has some real weight to it.Batman and Wolvie, just awesome. Very good, hope to see more from you.
a bit more detail on this one.
half done on this one, was drawing poses for posswible sculptures. wasn't sure if it's worth posting, a bit boring.

Great work. Love the creepy theme stuff.
The barbarian with dreadlocks is really cool, nice proportion and shapes.
Are you from New Zealand? Maybe I might have you confused with someone else.
And just moved to Austria this week.
I started the Barbarian book when I was living in Auckland, still havn't got around to finishing it yet, though I've made a blood deal with a friend that the book will be completed this year.
