hi Catlyn,
Your first pic is wonderful, I think you should keep the background darker than the wings so you can see them better not distract the eye too much.
They are some very nice pencils of the lion and wolf, it would be great to see them more developed.
With your other pics of people, I think you should hold off on the manga style for a while and get those anatomy books out. Lot's of proportion issues which can be stamped out with a little anatomy practise, it's boring but everyones gotta do it.

Hi Cätlyn, welcome to CA! Nice to have other members from little European countries

The first picture is great, I'd love to see it finished. Your pencil works are fun to look at, but like Peter Stapleton said, it needs anatomy work. One of the best advice I've gotten here on CA is to download Andrew Loomis' books, but you can download them for free in .pdf here: http://acid.noobgrinder.com/Loomis/ It'd do you good to read his Figure drawing book, I know it has helped me loads. Anyway, keep up the good work!

hello catlyn,
welcome to Conceptart. i like how simple you have put these figures. but although we cant put things in a simple order, there is a hard part behind it all. i would suggest working on your line quality, this should help bring out the image you want use to see. that way we dont get distracted by the rough look on the outside. also i like the color choice you have used for some of them, but if you want to bring out the shapes with color you make a clear boundry and this goes back to the linework again. try using a pen or a thicker pencil and this should help you understand what im trying to say. id like to give more advice but thats all i can think of right now. i hope this helps you out.

crazy colors in that last one! no seriously, really good stauration, especially the reflections on the lake are delicious. keep that stuff up!

well, apart from that, do some anatomy studies, i think there's room for improvement in your art

Hi there, catukas! Pity to hear about your computer crash, that sucks balls But it seems like you're back in the groove. These are nice drawings, very cute designs! Your pencil strokes are also showing more details and shading, which is good. I'd suggest more life drawing, but just keep on updating

I like your character designs and overall ideas. But a little life drawing could help a lot! (Or reading some Bridgman or Loomis books) I don't like doing it much myself, but I'm glad afterwards because I see improvement in my imagination drawings
