Been loving African culture recently.
And a very very quick sketch learning more about brushes. I painted this after reading oil painting techniques and materials by Harold Speed.
yo Jon, what's up my Friend. Awesome Update, I loving the
african Paintings. Special the first one and the Elefant.
The first have a rly great Skin color, and you use the brushes very well.
Also nice little elements in the background, the clouds and other stuff.
The Elefant have a great Atmosphere. (Maybe lookz better without the scribble on the right site?)
Cool Wokrs man! Have a nice day!
This sketchbook is an adventure! Love the realistic but stil sketch feel.
Cant wait to see more.
Freakin sweet work dude! I love the painterly effect you get, it's just different somehow... I'm also interested in Lennon's question

Thanks for dropping by my in my sketchbook.
When I saw your work my jaw dropped, now i feel honored to have had someone of your caliber visit me. You have a style that I like very much, really digging the last studies, probably because I'm a fan of more stylized sketchy renders.
That elephant on the last post is great I really like the progression on this sketchbook

Update!!....only if you feel like it of course, no pressure
Hi guys and girls here's some bad pose studies. I wanted to do as complex poses as I could handle. I'm gonna do some more sets asap. They're all from out of my head, no ref. So rip them to pieces if you want.
Diego: Thanks mate. I think youre right about that scribbly bit
Suira: Thanks. Means alot
OmertA: Glad you like em. I love sketchy loose work. It lets your mind make up alot of stuff which sucks you into the image.
PencilRebelion: Cheers mate. Yeah its a tough style to hit sometimes. Just gotta stay as loose as possible.
