Thats some amazing stuff, makes me weep!
But im going to study hard !
Wow. I can not tell you how impressed I am- not only with your works three years ago, but without a doubt in terms of these current works. Keep it up!
Your life studies are amazing! Keep up the good work!
Totally love the third one. The mood with the lightning and the textures, like on the floor are making this even better!
you got some really awesome stuff in here. adventures of the ovenmitt is so awesome. I wish i could paint in that style. really cool stuff overall. you have a really good sense of lighting
it is really cool, keep it up !
The sneaky update is great. The simple shapes in the top one works especially well. Please blow it up and render the crap out of it! It could have a lot of atmosphere.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks for looking guys, hope you enjoy everything as much as I enjoyed making it.
Really trying to practice hard lately. I've started a habit of drawing ten objects everyday, until I understand the form and details. So, by the end of the year I should have a conceptual library of around 3,500 objects... Hopefully I can stick to it, as I think it should payoff eventually.
First three are studies, fourth is a picture I painted for a friend, and the last two are CHoW attempts that I didn't have enough time to finish. Enjoy!
(I did actually try to make a more complete piece out of that snowy one, but I just wasn't feeling it, so I left it as is.)
really nice variety of style and subject matter, love the messy brush stroke look in your work aswell. its something i need to practice more as my rendering always end up to tight or lacking in density...
These are amazing, great work! I really like your painterly style in the latter ones.
Been pretty busy. I've still been doing the 10 objects a day, but have not been uploading them... it takes too much time with my slow internet. I'm also gonna start doing only 5 a day, as I don't have enough time to paint and draw that much everyday.
Made the tiger picture in a about 3 1/2 hrs. (with some progress shots)
The old guy was for the CHoW, but I didn't have time to finish.
Great understanding of color man thanks for sharing
