My coffee cup....tablet and ps
first try actually at study of something like a cup. (Ive dwelled too much in anatomy and people...and forgot that the rest is important too :/ )
Main Loop your paintings are really amazing. That still life of the lantern really grabbed me by the balls. I've been going backwards in this thread looking for more of your work. You have great stuff in here. Waiting to see more.

Some digital stil lifes - about 30 to 45 min each
New oils from life...
back after a lengthy absence
stuff from the past month or so in roughly in chronological order
PS. fish painting is unfinished...the fish started to smell :/
Wow what a great page! I'm a total beginner at painting but I have been lurking around for some time. (will post when I reach a bearable level)
Main loop I have looked at your plen airs and I'm a big fan. Seems somehow your last paintings are much tighter and crispier, great stuff! Do some bigger ones that are more finished for me right now!!!
Pancho simpsons your stuff is great also...damn tight in all aspects.
And to all of the other talents I've forgot to mention: Great stuff!
Does anybody know what happend to that guy ABCart who used to lurk here? If you haven't seen his stuff I recommend it: http://www.aaroncoberly.com/
Had he lived in the old Italian renassaince times he would have been a rich and influental man indeed. (he might be now aswell )
heres an apple dawg!

exema - Nice study. Wish there was a softer transition between the light and the core shadow...
Magnus - I'll start doing larger pieces as soon as I have the room, which will be real soon!
panchosimpson - Nice studies! Especially the way the architecture is done. Powerful strokes...
Thought I would jump into this great thread with everyone else. Some great work here! This is a still life of a shot glass and a couple of slices of lime that I finished up the other night.
Main Loop - Nice plein air work.
Exema - Love that apple!

Cool stuff Ramon!
recent portrait study:
"There is no such thing as 'accurate drawing'. There is beautiful
drawing, and ugly, and nothing else." JAD Ingres, Ecrits sur l'art
very nicely done this things i like the feel too much.
Here is another new still life I set up. There were all of these wonderful alien looking horse chestnuts falling in my yard....how could I not resist painting these things?
