It's great to hear that you've made such a great step in you're live,
but I'm a bit jealous because I'm still stuck in Belgium.
I wish to the best there in CA.
wow jonas, you moved to LA?? :-)
i really admire your will to realize your dream!!
And what whit your studies in Belgium? not finishing them? or are you gonna catch up with those when you come back? Or will you never come back? :-)
Annywayzz, good luck there! And keep on drawing! just listening to other people and hearing how they do it is sadly not enough
By the way, you got an extra bed there? I'm going to do some travelling soon, and LA will be on my list if you have an extra bed

Holy crap, those workshops look like they'd totally be worth a couple thousand mile trip. I commend you on having the bravery required to make the journey to LA...buy a gun or something, you know, for safety.
Your vehicle and mechanical designs look really nice. Your head studies seem to be too outlined or something. Not sure.
You stopped chasing the dream ... and started living it. Cool! Hope everything goes as well as you imagined it.
Woah, hey there!
Imagine how surprised I was to google up your name from Kevin Chen's Intro Character blogspot class, and I recognized your username before this page even finished loading!
You're an amazing talented guy. I'm happy to be in your class. I guess I'll be seeing you tomorrow! (I'll be easy to spot, being one of the two females in the class, haha. The shorter one!) =)
So I finally got off my lazy ass and posted a sketchbook like you told me to. =)
Took a look through all of yours too. Damn J, you're prolific! Your mecha, vehicle, and enviro designs are inspiring. Keep up the fantastic work. You're gonna have to pass along some pointers on these someday when we're not swamped with studies from Kevin's classes.
I really admire your dedication and passion, man. I'm proud to be in the same class as you. See you there.
yoitisi: Maybe we can meet up for the next workshop
dresse: Thx man. Nah I'm not gonna finish my studies in Belgium. I'm coming back in June/July to earn some money and spend some time with friends and family. After that I'm coming back to LA for classes.
Hyver: damn right Thx for the reply. We should meet up this summer with Jens.
Teh Gosu: thx man. I'll keep posting no worries
Odin_052: Its pretty save here in Pasadena thank god. Downtown LA is another story
Piru: For now everything goes even better then I imagined it thx!
tytseng: Hey nice to see you here. thx for the reply!
sfa: Cool sketchbook dude. thx for the reply and see you in class.
A quick IDW entry. Not sure if its finished enough to make it to the poll but I thought the subject was pretty cool.
