Hy, i am a cartoonist (look for that stuff on www.thecartoonfactory.nl), but i'm a big fan of fantasie/sci-fi art.waiting for some critics. The picture is made in one day with painter and photoshop.
the movement of the right guy looks quite good, but the neck of the left looks weird.
All in all the piece needs more details and you need to define where the light comes from: bizeps of the right for example: left is lit from right, the right is lit from left... More darker elements could give the picture more tension...
The right guy has darker and lighter elements then the left one.
Maybe there are some advices you would like to follow. Just some thoughts though...
If this represents an entire day’s work, then you need to focus on academic basics some more before taking on such challenging from-imagination compositions. An image like this requires a solid understanding of anatomy, surfaces, hue, lighting, value, composition, 3D space, and mark-making. You are just going to get frustrated if you attempt images of this complexity before you have a grasp of each of those things individually.
Perhaps I could interest you in the link in my sig called “Concept Art 101”. . .
I think you are awesome, and I wish you the best in your endeavors, but I am tired of repeating myself, I am very busy with my new baby, and I am no longer a regular participant here, so please do not contact me to ask for advice on your career or education. All of the advice that I have to offer can already be found in the following links. Thank you.

I think you need to think about definition. Too many part of your piece are just blurry blobs of paint, you need to define parts of it more. More contrast and color variation vould also do you good.
Thank you all for the crits, its certainly usefull. For my next drawing i'm gona use some reference, maybe it helps.
