It is very well done except for the legst, they look unfinished, i think you need to make them more round, put some more muscles on them. I also like the idea of a warrior fighting in outer space, very special , but i would make him appear like he is floating or fyling rather than look like he is standing.
The ribcage on his right side is a littkle weird too, i would add more pectorals to fill that area. Good work!.
Is that Conan? In any case, the graphire technique is very nice. Good job! But some more shading on his thighs would look good, as they are too white compared to his muscular torso. Also, Arne S. is right about the stretching.

Yes, the pose is a little bit static and does have that "I'm copying a photo" look... but what jumps out at me most are his hands, or lack thereof. I can't tell how he's holding that axe & it looks like there's really not enough room for hands there. Also - the axe handle can NOT go in front of BOTH hands... This isn't bad at all, but the hands are a sore spot especially since you HAVE done a pretty good job with the torso anatomy.
