hmm hard to crit (not especially a good thinkg) first of, there isnt any depth in the pic, the world ends behind the first mountain u c, get some landscape behind it
the moon is to saturized
also the small lightsources coming from the camps are to small to admit so much light to the mountains, looking at the mountain the environmental lightsource comes from the side, wich in night time is the moon, but the are behind the camp
Where there is no artificial light source the ground will always be darker than the sky, even at night. Honestly, I can't tell whether it's campfires or a little city or a bunch of gold - there's no sense of scale. Maybe a few trees might help to determine that. The moons are going to be virtually black where they aren't being hit by light - shade that correctly and it'll help them look round.
Oh, just read that it's a city - make sure people can see buildings, you've got lights but there are no clear forms - nothing that says it's a building.
Get rid of that monotone grey seeping into the clouds somehow. You have nice formations but they are not light and airy like clouds should look, they look more like heavy clumps of cotton. I usually use the smudge brush to get clouds to look good.
