you going to post the finished SWG piece? i dunno how they could pick a bad one, they all look like fun comps
ahh, i saw it, your true to keeping the sketchbook to sketches. very nice. I like seeing them together though, to see the progress. I guess I will have to make a folder of your stuff
Man, the only word I can say to you is THANKS!
You're my source of inspiration at moment, and I hope for so long time.
I've been studying your work, looking for how you do in sketchs, and then to the final work, and I do liked your style like I was seeing the 3rd D&D images of sir Lockwood and Sam Wood for the first time.
If you wanna see somethings of myself, please look at my sketchbookhttp://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=180680, I did one work based in your dragon that came out of one simples study of one illustration of yours.
Thank you man.

Wow, great drawing skills! 5 stars.
Wow, haven't posted anything in here since last year, I should try and fix that. Let's see If I'll be able to be at least a tiny bit more consistent now. So I'll try to catch up in several posts.
Let's start with some random doodles we were doing with some friends for exercise. Quick Gestural line studies on different subjects. You can check the entire series on sketchness.blogspot.com
Be back soon with more!
To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.
I just had to add this awesome stuff to the pencil masters list. Thanks for sharing!
Here's an exercise I was proposing to some friends, to try and come up with a 100 out of certain type of objects and sketch them. Here are my 100 weapons, the result was that I found how rusty I am at doing those aside from several nice hits, pretty average stuff . Also this is a cool way to get all the average generic ideas out of your system.
Out of fuel or simply broken down, cut away from their regiment, trying to contact the maintenance craft or to just be finished of by and enemy bomber.
Maybe this should have gone to the Finished section but whatever, I guess it's easier to just pile everything in one place.
Awesome man! Just wondering how often do you start with a pencil sketch to a final? Anyway, keep posting please. Digging the digi line sketches.
Great stuff! Good imagination. Love your pencil studies and the way you paint.
amazing work!! really amazing ideas, and designs! those concept sheets filled with weapons are just pure eye candy. im still absorbing them. great stuff man!!
Thank you all! Here comes more, sorry if you've already seen those on my blog or elsewhere, anyway it's nice to have everything piled up properly in here.
Here are some quick vehicles, I tried to use a small photo thumbnail as a base, to have free colour pal, setting and general perspective. It's a cool and quick way to get some ideas fleshed out fast in colour and everything. Will post some more of those later as I finish them.
The Teal Thunder
The Crimson Resonator
hey nice smack! The spaceships are wikid- reminds me of chris foss stuff.
Hey Johannes happy to see you here it was fun meeting and chatting with you in Berlin even if it was just for a bit. I see you're still doing awesome stuff too!
Thanks M!CK, although I've never been a big fan of Chris Foss. I wander how did the similarities happen? Will have to investigate that.
Thanks people! Here's some more!
My speed painting technique is crap, still experimenting, trying to improve. A lot of hits and misses.
There's so much wrong with that one.
Kinda like this one, although it's vague and blurry.
Btw, I'm sorry for large images, I was a bit too lazy to resize.
