nice, very nice environment same point as whitC, drop some elements to make a sense of scale. i really enjoy the work u have made on the rocks, too bad the clouds are not moar worked !!
keep up mate gona watch u
I left a comment last night on a different computer that never registered. Looking at the last environment again on my computer looks way different now. What I was going to say was that I think there should be more variation with intensity levels between the sky, ground, and rocks. They all seem to be on a similar level (depending on what computer I'm looking at). The details are looking pretty sharp. It's nice to see you posting on a regular basis now, so keep at it!
That environment pic looks great! You've got lots of texture in there and you aren't saturating the colors half to death--looks very natural, especially on the ground with all the variety of tones on grass and rocks. For me, I read the scale of the rocks just fine, due to the grass blades you've painted near them. I'd be able to sit on the larger ones, for example, if I've got the scale right. I'd love to see some critters in this pic if you're going to keep going with it. Something coming over the rise maybe?
WhiteC thanks for the tip man, u r picky today? u should be everyday than! ( cuz it does help, me at least muhahahaha )
David79 muito obrigado por apareceres aqui sim tb n fikei mt feliz com o ceu, enfim trato ja disso mais tarde ^^
Wasker thx u sir!
Jamesy oh i see now what u mean, i need to rework the values ... thxs matte for "open" my eyes
Maridius thx u, im feel a bit ashamed to ask u this but what means "critters"? creature ? oh well
well im gonna follow everyones suggestion of add something to the pic, i thought the scale was readable because of the glass, but only 1 in 3~4 read it, oh well need to work more ^^ thx u all for helping me out to improve and encouraging.
just some dump pencil doodle... its the same creature of the #322 trying to bit some fine ass
Her left calf looks a little bit too long. If she's got her knee bent that way, her heel should be able to touch her doomed butt, not go past it. In the next pic, have her spin around to roundhouse kick that monster! It's not right that he take a piece out of such a nice looking rump.
hey dude! thanks for droppin by my sb... theres some good progress in them thar pages ya got here. I second DanielC's comments on focusing on plane changes when rendering form and such. It's really important for making thangs look natural. To add that, planes don't do you any good if you don't have a specific light source in mind. What I do sometimes is draw a little 3d lookin arrow in the top corner to help remind me where my light is coming from. Keep on pushin that pencil man.
Maridius thx u man! i wanted something abit more estylized, but damn if i dont have the basic i cant do anything can i ;_; oh well... this means more study and more pratice haha i will man! that a great idea, going to draw her kicking that monsters ass
InvertedChalupa thx u for your support sir! and u can bet your money that i will keep pushin it ^^ ( dont bet to much )

another digital life drawing wip i started i will continue this later on and something i did to put on my room wall so i can see it every single day to remind myself what i want and how will achieve it! i recommend to all of you to put it in words on samelpace where u can look at everyday, for who dosent draw everyday ( as myself ) and want to get into the industry or whatever!
Nice life paintings
I have to do some of thouse
"The superior man is distressed by the limitations of his ability; he is not distressed by the fact that men do not recognize the ability that he has."
The pen drawing is very good! You got heavy handed with the digital paint and buried much of the lively lines that lent real personality to the sketch; next time try going very easy on the color, as if you're painting with watercolors. Low opacity and low saturation.
I agree with Maridius, the pen drawing looks wonderful
Keep at it, you'll enter the CA.org atelier any time soon now!
"Never regret thy fall from grace, O' spirit of Icarian flight, for the greatest tragedy of them all to face, is to never feel the burning bright"
Believe my lies, for I tell the truth about them. Or would you rather me lie about telling the truth?

Neat pencilwork Callops! I can see you're improving, moving forward, that's great. Trying to do that myself. Ha, good one with that "DRAW!" image. I went on looking at other work while you sketchbook thread was loading and the when I came back it was written DRAW all over my screen. Good thing I am drawing right now, would feel guilty for not doing so after seeing that!
Keep going, it's a pleasure to watch.
