The last one is definitely the best one yet, but you should leave a bit more white area, and push for some more black.
OldNoobie Thanks... yeah, I'll have a look at that. I've been keeping drawing, but haven't had much time online...
liquidjack I will
aprat Very true. I've been trying to get some value into my work, so far without much success
Well... hm, considering I last posted almost a month ago it looks like this is the update without progress I've been working hard and not getting anywhere very fast, but that's life
actually, I do see a progression, the proportions and alignments are better. The contrast could use more work but that will come in time. Maybe you should try using a hard or medium charcoal pencil to sketch with, they can produce a nice range of tonal values.
Looks like you are progressing to me man, remember any drawing is better than no drawing.
Liking the update as well, even if you dont lol.
Oh and thought you might like some of your own medicine to help get rid of those negitive thoughts lol
Keep on rocking dude.Originally Posted by Gord

It's as if, what you learn has to work it's way into your brain .While this is happening ,the process interupts your normal level of ability(what ever that is ).
Students rarely realize this and most instructors don't/can't enlighten the students. The students become intimidated by this normal process and either stop("I have no talent") or attain a level and stay there, clinging to "what is tried and tested" .They fear discouragment or possibly looking foolish etc.If you see someone who draws well, do some crap, your witnessing them learning something new.
Whos God?!?.....'God... well you know when you really wish for something?'...yeh??.. 'He is the guy that ignores you.'!
is the Elixer..
