Figures are pretty nice, Sub. Are these ref'd?
Chronberg: Thanks dude. people seem to comment on my 'variety' which I guess is good, but its nothing I do on purpose
Lyno: Wohoo! Right?
Hocus Focus:thanks dude, those ones are no ref, straight from the ol' noggin'
So here I wanted to try and redraw something from page one of my sketchbook. aaaand here it is! (Just spent like an hour or so on it)
Every time I come back here for a visit, I am amazed at the quality of your work. Keep it up, your progressing nicely. Would be interesting to see you go really professional eventually.
Keep on truckn, I'm watching!
Nice stuff mate, its been a while since I saw your sketchbook, so its really cool to see the progress. Keep it up!

I've sort of been neglecting this sketchbook lately. But that doesn't mean I Haven't been working. I'll post some team chow sketches as soon as the finals are done (working past the deadline).
Right now though, Im working two job and trying to put a portfolio together for GDC Austin! Hectic!
Anyways, here is a thing i started, and will try to have done for Austin.
Great progress too, Sublimus, nice work! These team chows are very well done! Looking forward to seeing more!
PS: Also, I want this sketch in hi-res so I can use it as a desktop wallpaper
EDIT: I wish you good luck in Austin!

The values are becoming better and better mate.Make some variations in line width. Some thin lines to make it look more sharpened and less blurry, more on the focal point
hi, just dropping by real quick
in the last post, bend the chars knees a bit in front view, legs look too straight.
keep up the good work!
I'll drop by later and start updating again as soon as im done with all the travelling.
That enviro piece is turning out really sweet! I like the colour palette you're using. You also have strong pencils, and clean and smooth inks. On your digi colour studies, try to avoid small scribbling lines, as they grab the attention and distract the viewer.
Anyway, really good work in here! keep it up
