Photoshop, about 20 hours. It took a bite longer than normal, as I had to find my flow with hatch shading.

if i may:
the element coming from the top corner is really awkwardly placed and really throws off your composition. i'm not a fan of the plain white b/g but if there aren't other elements to offset the one rock and figure, it'd be best to just leave it blank and have the figure only.
the one thing throwing me off on her other than small nit picky anatomy issues is the cloth on her left arm. the folds are very rounded and a bit unnatural.
i would also look closer at the anatomy. if she's laying down, the breasts would be more at rest and laying much more flat on her chest.

thanks for the crits. the cloth on her arm i saw the same, i thought it gave an interesting kinda faded bulbous leathery feel. i really dont like doing peices like this without backgrounds, and I tried painting some grass and such for the background, but it looked too repetitive i thought. i see what you mean about the breasts. thanks for the crit!
Well, I don't want to just run in and slap this around, but...
Her right arm is very small, her left thumb is enormous, she's wearing clown shoes, and her left leg seems diconnected from her hip. There are several other anatomical miscues, but they could be solved by checking out some bikini references.
There is certainly some nice rendering in places, though (oh, and shadows diffuse as the caster gets further from the castee).
