This is one version of the character I use to represent myself in cartoon form.

I see lots of internal details in the upper body, but not much in the face and legs. It seems as though you are going for realism in the upper body anatomy, but choose not to do that in other parts of the figure. I suggest being consistent in your level of detail of the anatomy throughout the figure. The proportion seems very distorted, I guess thats on purpose.

As for the level of detail, this particular piece had much more than I usually put into this character. In retrospect, I should have shown off the musculature of the legs too. However, the diminutive lower body is being used for the sake of contrast.

I looked at this a couple times both from a distance and close up and it seems the legs are a little funny. I think there may be a little too much contrast. It also may be the sudden parallel lines on the far right and middle of the pants. Your curved lines contrast each other very well everywhere but the legs. Maybe if you showed a crease in the knee on one of the legs OR moved the feet apart a bit. I think this would help break the stiff feel to the legs.
Other than that, its an interesting way of going about a character design. I don't understand the gradient on the shoes though...

Since I don't have a tablet, trying to play with the color is difficult at this point. In fact, color, shading, texturing, etc has always been a hard thing for me to deal with. Hence, most of my drawings stay at that, just drawings.
