Well, the first thing I see is that a lot of your pictures are *very* detailed and too small for me to really see what's going on. The other immediate thing that jumps out at me is when you're coloring, you're only using lighter and darker versions of the same color to shade with. Stuff isn't like that in real life--lots of different colors go into making up a shaded item. For instance, if you go to http://www.furiae.com/index.php and click on "Gallery," then "Tutorials," then "Thoughts on skintones," she has a great example of all the different colors she uses when she's painting skin. Also, you work tends to look very flat... In the final picture, there's nothing really separating his arm from his chest, other than the different patterns. His arm should be casting a shadow, especially with the light source you've indicated with the drop shadow.
I can't really tell from these pictures what your anatomy work is like, but in my experience that's something you'll (general you) *always* need to study.
