ok, i finally finished my graduation thank you cards...ill post the process here, cuz...well i dunno. i want to. (*ducks from Mike C.'s scolding)
this is the portrait i did today
which went into making this card sheet, for all the people who gave me money for graduation
He looks sad. A curled, cocky eyebrow would be amusing for whoever is recieving the card. None the less, well drawn and decorated - I like the black swirls around the man's head.

I thought this was a mourning card at first, I think the face should look a bit happier, it is your graduation, not your funeral!
Other than that I think the design is very nice and it will make a great card!
the ear on the viewers left side needs more variation though.
it's just too flat.
also, i realize this is most likely a quickie, but the signature distracts from the image.
mostly because of placement and the way the sig looks a bit sloppy.
if you were to move it, i'd put it just above his shoulder on the viewers right and make it a bit smaller.
