Hello you beautiful people of internet and beyond!
I was very busy with my work, we are finishing Batman and the hype is getting up big time. I NEVER worked on a better looking project and I must say, I am very proud of it.
As you see above, I focus now more on the execution of the strokes in order to try to get that something extra in the painting.
Thank you all so much for so much nice replies, it fills my batteries!
So, here we go.
wookiedabo: thanks, but they still suck like shit.
Nubb: Glad you liked it, mate! More to come (I hope).
Hive MinD: Hey Chris, much appreciated. How are you doing?
Atastrophea: Hey Maz, that blows me away.. Really.. Although I hate you for steeling beautiful Dave from me
Hunchback: Yeah, they do Thanks for kind words, bro!
Bumskee: Yeah, I didn't realize how phuckin hard they are to draw until I did it. Thanks!
MeTal-Mike: Hey Mike, thanks a lot. I hope to make some more soon.
ccsears: Chris, my friend! I used Camtasia on a strong PC. You should totally record your stuff, man!

Quigleyer: Thanks a lot! More to come, stay tuned
AlexTooth: Alex, thank you very much! To put it simple, I realized lately that studies are the one thing that really makes you better. Drawing spaceships and monsters can create false confidence. So really, just sit down in any caffee and draw people around you. Another one is to paint lots of environment thumbnails. For some reason, all those little informations get saved in the brain and create logic of their own. Let me know about your progress, ok?
selfu: Hey mate, how are you? Thank you very much, glad you liked it, although those pencils are still a big hurdle for my monkey brains.
Max Challie: Thanks mate! Yeah, some of his crazyness might have sneaked into my hand.
Smarty: Hey Smarty, it was great meeting you and Danny. And yeah, here it is, look above
Vorace: Hey man, thanks!
Verehin: And I really dig YOURS
Quinn Simoes: Hey Quinn, whatup? More to come, thanks a lot.
MattGamer: Thank you so much, man!
Dougbot: Hey Doug, thanks a lot. I am looking forward to seeing your GW2 stuff.
staticpen: Hey there! I used Camtasia on a PC. And thank you for consideration about the whole NCsoft thingy.. It's all fine now, actually better than I ever hoped. I mean, I draw Batman every day. And it still seems ridicilous every time I say it
AztcFireFlower: Hey there! Thank you soooooooooooo much for the advice, I will try to incorporate it in my drawings from now on.
Angel Intheuk: Thank you kindly, means much to me, really.
space-sprayer: Hey Nick, thanks again, man. That is so awesome to hear..
jpedro: Hey Jan, merci viel mal. Wie gaht's Dir so? Oepis z tue im Momaent?
Reject-D: Thanks a lot, I do my best.
localfatheaded: Thank you very much, glad it helped.

Saturns Gate: Hey Sean, what's up, mang? Thank you very much!
MeTaL-Mike: LOL, you're great!
Chromosome: Hey man.. Every time before I go to my life drawing class, I open up my "Chromosome" folder for inspiration, 'cause I want to be able to draw figures like you do soon. Thanks!
Jorge Gecov: My dear brazilian friend, how are you? There is more to come soon.
Iridyse: Thank you very much, I only wanted to capture her grace and that dude was just distracting (as men usually are
Thanks for such great motivation folks, that is what really gets me going after the long hours in the office.

Very very cool man!!
Hey Chupacabra, your work is a great inspiration to me. You are very skilled but still tackle on the basics like anatomy, figure drawing, structure etc. and you don't get stuck in the comfy zone. You're constantly evolving and that's a great thing to see.
I very much liked those landscapes too. Something I definitely wasn't expecting to see and they are so nice.
It's also great to see an artist who is aware of their weaknesses and isn't afraid to confront them and turn them into strength! You are definitely constantly pushing yourself and I give you much respect from that.
Unfortunately I can't really give any critique to help as my skills aren't up to that yet but I hope these words will give you some extra strength to keep doing what you are doing.
All the best!
You wokring on thqat arkum asylum game? or something else Batman related. Must be a hoot anyway, ha..one dayyyyyyyy....
Very nice it looks like you attacked the canvas Georgeous shoulders and colours look accurate. Been working on this myself lately but with acrylics so that i can't mix on the board/canvas.
Are you based in Brighton too?

I just listened to your Watchmen song (lolled). I love your sketchbook.
HAha! I really don't think it counts as STEALING him from you, I simply borrow him when you are not around....
Did you and Ti have a good trip and were those amazing socks appreciated?
I think ballet is so inspirational, I would like to go see some one day, do you think you are allowed to take sketch books in with you...
Hopefully I will see you again soon, in the meantime keep up the amazing work!

staticpen: Thank you very much, I am really glad you liked it.
MeTaL-Mike: Thanks Mike, yeah, my goal was to push the paint around instead of blocking it in.
YuZa: You know what; those words are kind of thing that keeps me pushing. I thank you for that, my friend.
Smarty: Hey Kyle! No, I was in Brighton but moved to London to work on "Batman Arkham Asylum" game. We need to hook up again soon.
carlosranna: Hey Carlos, you are very welcome. And I thank you for such nice words, buddy.
Giorge: Hey there! Thank you kindly, I tried to pull all the attention to her.
BubbaGump: Hey Bubba, thank you very much. But, errrr,.. what watchmen song?
Atastrophea: Hey Maz, thanks a milion! Yeah, we were in Paris and Zurich and it was pure magic! And as for the sketching in ballet; why not, Toulouse Lautrec and Degas did the same, hehe.. See you where naked people are
pao: Hey dude, I was in Paris and it was GREAT! Next time I'm there, I give you a call and we go sketching and drinking, ok? Cheers!
Hideyoshi: Master Hideyoshi, thank you kindly, broth! Great updates in your sketchbook, btw.
Chris Noeth: Hey Chris, thank you very, very much!
AmontilladoAg: Hey there! Thank you kindly, I will do more in the future, stay tuned
Here are some studies. I am doing a lot of these lately. All crap, fuck them.
But still, I put all of that crap in here to document the progress for the future.

Yes! Document for the future, man, that's what you have to do. Vine can be tough, having to be so precise when you don't have a sharp point to always fall back on. But I like your studies, man, no worries. And as usual, the hands the feet are just killer for pure contour studies. Spacial skillz ftw.
Have a good one!
Congrats on SPECTRUM man, thats awesome!! Cool updates!
Holy wow chupa! That impasto piece is so fantastic I am at a loss for words. I really am. It looks so much like the real deal I would actually not guess it was Painter had it not been for some of the strokes looking a little to similar Bloody well done!
Hello, my friends!
staticpen: Thank you very much. Yeah, that charcoal stick is sooooo tough and unforgiving. But that's why I am doing it, hehe..
D@niel: Hey Dan, thanks a lot!
a la bapsi: Haha, thank you so much! But it's a long way to go yet..
Mischeviouslittleelf: Excellent! You just made my day, dude. That was my goal, to aproach it the traditional way. Thank you so much!
Jorge Gecov: Hey bro, give it a go, I am looking forward to seeing it!
A while ago we had a sketch meeting in Hunterian Museum, here in London. I met all the cool folks that I only knew as avatars before. It was a great day and I didn't sketch much, cause I was busy bitchin'!
Hope you like,
And even in a museum you can't stop yourself taking off your shoes and drawing your smelly leg! Very nice update bro, I hope we can see some pretty painted superheroes soon too.
