Well done on the gestures. You captured a lot of movement in them, grats =D
I liked the ink plein airs best. Those pines in that neighborhood are so dramatic. The Guitar player in the first page was challenging to me in a good way. It reminded me a little bit of some Paul Klee drawings I've seen, but yours was more busy, and his often had some watercolor background that may or may not have had much to do with the shapes of the overlying line drawing.
thanks Arttourney....can'tpost most of my oils could butthey are such ancient history they are sort of irrelevant

paint on black paper
These gestures have a lot of really good motion in them! I think your head drawing my benefit from a little bit of skull study here and there.. really helps you see the structure in the face. The latest one looks pretty good though, keep it going. Maybe try to get some strong lighting set up might help make things pop a little more.
you draw too much...you should slow down
jk, great stuff CR, keep on rockin'
I helps to know folks look at it now and then
I know exactly how skulls work..I just don't know how to make the contours look right..I'll figure it out really I will
10 horsies for th TD
jeez I hate horses
4 squirrelz...which are more intresting to draw than bunnies
You take that back! Horses rock!
Getting there with the gestures. Watch out for the leg joints on the horses, but it looks like you're getting the hang of that in the bigger horse gesture pic.
nope horses still sux and if another one never steps on my foot again Ill be happy
