Hi there and thanks for atleast having a look at my thread! I'm a 17 year old student in my last year of school. Lately I've found myself itching to draw more and more, so I started reading around on this website and some people have really inspired me to give it a go!
So, I'm pretty much a beginner at drawing/sketching, and would very much like to improve pretty much all aspects of it! I'd love to be able to draw realistic faces/people using just a pencil and paper, however I dont really know where I should start. Drawing shapes/anatomical sketches/shading/from imagination/still life stuff?
I've done a few sketches of my hands so far, and a couple of drawings that have been copied from books which have turned out ok, but as soon as I try draw a figure it seems to merge into a random mess of lines =(. However, I will try and post some of my drawings here if i can work out how! (just gotta workout this external link think.. hehe)
So yeah, any critisisms (spelt right?) or tips would be much appreciated!
Thanks for having a look! Cheers,
