good portrait study.....n others....nice
good reference studies(like much that house portrait). About the machine illustration, very nice the mood, the only thing is the perspective....it fails here and there, and bothers the eye a little, but nice anyway.

Doing a lot of studies of Bridgeman, Hogarth and other books, but don`t want boring you with them. So here`s little update. 2nd digital attempt:
n1va -Thanx a lot, mate for your kind words. Glad you like it!
one more digital stillife from life:
Cool studies - well as cool as vegies get! hah. Defiantely getting some good textures in them, especially for your first paintings. whats next for your digital studies? post a little of your bridgman studies etc. too, fill this sucker up a bit more.
Line work - good
rendering and values - good
lack of updates - BAD
lack of original works - bad also (you need to develop your inventive brain cells as well as your observational ones, even if its something simple like some gestural poses or mannequins, or just some basic 3d shapes)
sketchbook...a kitten dies every time you don't comment
“When forced to work within a strict framework,
the imagination is taxed to its utmost – and will
produce its richest ideas. Given total freedom,
the work is likely to sprawl.”
- TS Eliot

I really love your newest gestures, all the visible marks really add a lot to them! They have so much movement and weight.
Thank you for kind words, Molly! It means a lot!
Bargue copy, Bridgman study and some 90sec posemaniacs (they're look like crap, but actually they're very helpful)))
I like the Bridgman studies, I think you could try incorporating and applying those Bridgman leg studies into the 90 second poses It will help you remember what you have learnt! ^^
Keep it up!
Hey, saltfox, thanks for advice! I'll going to try to do it is I can - 90 sec is too short period for me yet)) glad you like Bridgman! Appreciate your visit!
For today digi photo study. Front view of woman face, spent hours on her eyes. Need to practice more...
