Cool character, though the generic face kinda bugs me (especially if you were looking at salaryman's work!).
Hope he takes the hood and the excess rags off before combat. Lack of peripheral vision and a flowing target for the enemy to grab can be a bitch.
SirGreenSock Hehe, thanks man. Sorry about the face,
but you kinda gotta draw yourself in this challenge, and i wanna keep it as simple as possible,
cuz i suck at selfportrait. If it was up to me, i'd made him wear a mask or something.
I agree with you that he might look a but fluffy with all those clothes,
but i didn't focus on realistic advantages, just wanted him to look cool!
seriously nice work. Great colours and style.
Check my sketchbook if you're bored
And my blog!
Great concept design!!
some great stuff here. like look of post 373
Alright, another "Skend" thingy, about the concept... err... don't ask
Wolf doodle while trying to fight the boredom...
Me, Dile, Blanquish and Zanconato are reopening the Pirakha project! (remember the flying sharks? they're back! )
I'll tell more about the fleshed out version later, when i've got more to show off. got the models from autodestruct.com,
great source of inspiration ^__^
argh! sorry for the typo it's supposed to say: "Commoners"
Nice update! men kun en håndfull updates siden jeg var her sist for 5 måneder siden? Hmmmmmm.. du spiller vel ikke wow? skjerpings!
(ikke at jeg skal snakke da men, med mine årlige updates )
Great stuff! Very interesting style and cool ideas, I like your works very much!
Keep it up, ciao
last ones looks pro! keep it up!
also the wolf reminds me of the latest zelda game...very cool !
Agreed with the others about the face of Skend, but overall it has a nice feel. Your lines are really coming along dude, so nice a clean!
and as the previous one, i used the poses that can be found on autodestruct.com
I have to say, I love how you integrated that horseman into an environment, great job on that piece. More color towards the foreground would help I think.
I also like the soldier in #347.
Another Pirakha thingy, trying out some diffrent approaches on the 'bad guys'
cool oncept, one thing.. maybe you could try to use differente lines , harder at places there is less light and like in the last one you could draw some of the equipment with lighter lines.. well i think you know what I mean.
anyway looking good still.
Hey, you've really improved over the course of this book. The comparison between the 'Skend' concept on the first page and the one on this page shows how far you've come.
Great costumes on your characters as well! I'd like to see you do more with colour (and less monochromatic colour work) though.
Keep it up!
good to see the Pirakha prog back, this is gonna be interesting.
Insppiration from paul richard's stuff is quite evident, but i guess we could all learn a thing or two from that guy, he's really good.
Looking good as usual wolfbane, make sure you keep it up.We don't wanna see ya disappear for months again, don't we?
Quite an imagination you got there buddy These Are AWESOME. Keep it up!
Thank you guys, appreciate it!! ^__^

Another enviorment. More lush and lifelike than the first one, but pretty much the same.
Starting a new thread soon about the Pirakha project,
