just a little animation ive been working on over the past couple weeks.. in the spare time.. theyre fun to do.. i wish i had a better program though..
any crit and comment very much welcomed!
Hee hee... awesome.
I love the guys face at the end.
What program did you use?
May you animate many more wonderful things-
Don't stop making art!
haha thanks.. i jsut used a little program called EZtoon.. it is easy to use.. but very basic.. thanks razvan!!
anyone got any helpful hints and techniques you can tell me about animation... i had another thread before with my animation and i was trying to use some of the things people told me before.. they help a bunch!
HAha i love your animation.. !! Hey i want to get into animation too. I might get that program. Is it free ?? I like your animated movie. You should get one of the bigger programs like Maya 7, but they cost a fortune. I just do figure drawing at the time, and it helps me a lot. Have you done lots of life drawing ?? This book should be good for animation "The Animators Survival Kit" Richard William
I don't anything about animations so I can't give you any crits.
I do like it though, how long did it take to do something liek that?
thanks alot everyone
hey christian.. yeah that program is free.. just search google for EZtoon i think that should work.. maya 7? i thought that was for like 3d modeling.. i know digicel flipbook is a good animation program.. been wanting to get ahold of that..
and yes i do a lot of life drawing.. thats like all i do in college.. figures, stilllifes, man you name it.
thanks again everyone else!!
that thing is just too funny!
Thanks i got the program and its fun and simple.! How long did it take you do make that cartoon ?
ohh so you are not going into 3D animation? Yea i do lots of figure drawing too, as much as possible. I want to learn Maya, but first i want my figure drawings to get better , meaning that the flow and movement is good.
haha thanks infinit!!
cool christian.. i dunno how long exactly it took prolly around like 3 hours or so.. i would just work on it whenever i had free time.. but nah prolly not 3d animation.. 3d modeling is way over my head.. i just like doing these little cartoons for fun. good luck dude!!
That is really fun and well done...
but if you want to do better animations you need to work on the fundamental principles of animation as well... ease in and ease out... the movements are very floaty right now, they need some snap. There are some great resources around... if you want to look for them. I was getting into animation a while back (3d) and bought The Animator's Survival Guide... great book.
Okay but you are good at 2D.. If you make some more let me know.! I might make one some time.
