Get better master and get on em updates. Those last sketches are hot, she musta duct taped those boobs together. The face on the third one is kinda wonky tho. I think it's that the eyes are misaligned compared to the rest of the face.
been better for the last few days but since I was out with the flu I didn't keep up with school works so I had to play catch up. Damn being sick screws up everything.
here's an Ibuki
nice chatting with you today, OBX. Opencanvas is fun.
Congrats on yuor third page! i think the lighting is very good on this last one. I'd like to see you finish it! i don't know if it fits this character or not but i was thinking it would be cool to have a sword on his back that went up into the moon area.
Those are some huge ass legs! But it looks like that's intended. Got some real nice lighting going on in there as Penciler said. I wonder tho, wouldn't the composition benefit from placing the moon straight behind the face of the guy?
i think it fits in to the rule of thirds very nicely Master, i like that last sketch too. Although the gloves looks a liitle too round, almost like balls. perhaps if you put some creases where it fold over.
Great work 25 days, the digi paintings of the ppl on the previous page really capture the likeness. I like the non-ref work to, some of the faces need work, but just keep drawing!
Nice work on that boxing dude, but as Penciler said, the gloves look too round.
This may help :
Competition gloves are a bit smaller and less heavy than the ones shown here (these are training gloves), but the general shape stays the same.
Hey that's nice, boobs are almost falling out. Got a crit tho, her elbow looks kind of weird. The way the upper arm wedges into the elbow and the size of the elbow look unnatural. Might wanna ref this (that's the only pose I ever seen Rihanna in, always hand on hip..)
Except for the elbow (but that's already been mentioned), nothing to crit here. I like how the form of her right leg is showing through the skirt (?). That's called a skirt, right ?
Nice painting man! I gotta bust out my paints more often. It's real fun, just so messy to clean up... Anyway, I think you might wanna push the darks a little more in the palm of that hand, cause I don't really sense the form. You did a good job on the doll tho.
very nice work jah got here. love that girl with the dress. beatiful contrast and highlight placements.
Master 25 Days - like the hand in your painting, but what's that brown color you're using ?
wim: it's raw umber dilluted with mineral spirits.
sorry guys haven't been updating much cus of school work. I have free time but I have to put my energy into school works. Fear I'm getting lazy again.

Wow definetly a some nice protraits here! I love this one: http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/7081/dress8mq.jpg
Something I notice though is that all your faces kinda look the same(with just the hairstyle altered). They could use some more characteristiques.
The painting is cool! Thought it was done in your last update but after these color glazes it looks alot better. I need to get more serious with my oils too... Just keep crankin these out and you'll be coro in a few years And give us some more updates!
SB guys: If you haven't updated your SB in awhile, can you leave a comment on my SB when you update your SB so I won't have to keep checking your SB everyday? It takes awhile to load sometimes since I usually check at night in the US which is the day for Europe I guess.
yeah folds suck... i need to do some studies. i mostly just guess, and look at myself. lol yah like boogie said, just keep doing oils, and ull be coro in a few years.
try doing some tighter paintings. or even line art colors. or even try coloring over a hand drawing.
ur stuff is looking good, just keep up the cronic updates.

i feel your pain master, i'm feeling some frustration with the acrylics. I'm really wanting to try oils but my schedule doesn't allow to much time for new endevors. anyyyway i have posted a couple of sketches but nothing worth writing home about. lol
Well, now you know what you need to do. Study anatomy and folds. For color I think you should push the intensity in his skintones some more. It seem like a sunny day and that would bring out alot of color. From what I understand, color of skin is most intense where form turns, so maybe throw in some reds and warm browns in the halftone where you now have a greenish brown?
Wish i had more time on this one. I forgot to set my watch forward so I thought I had another hour when I really didn't. So i paint in the tree trunks and the leaves in the foreground in a few minutes. didn't have any more colors handy to mix either so i just used whatever i had left on the pallette haha. The fg leaves should be darker and the tree trunks shouldn't be that dark. We're suppose to do another plein air today but it was too windy, bummer. Hopefully the weather will be good on tuesday because I really like doing plein air.
boogie. I think ill try that on the next one.
