Drastic issues with anatomy and lighting.
Well, it's an admirable attempt, but it's doing what a lot of people's attempts at sexy images do when the artist doesn't know anatomy well enough - it ends up looking the opposite of sexy. I know that the boobs and the rear are the focal points for hetero men, but the female body is beautiful for the proportions and rhythms found throughout - making a body by more or less jamming the T&A abruptly together just won't work.
She needs more length in her torso. Her crack is running too far up her back.
I think generally, the rest of her functions ok but I'd do something to weight her hair more. you're probably still working on that though. It'll be better when it has value.
I'd say the shading too could be less like a spherical gradient on her roundest extremities. Hehe...
Anyway, no, it's not that bad. Just ground yourself more in realistic anatomy before you stylize so you don't inadvertently make something comical when you're going for sexy. Good luck.
