thanks, cold. i like the new images... cool stuff and i like that word you said to Dile about not being a "crowd pleaser" and stuff. i used to be like that on devantart's website... but then it all just withered away and my fans died too. haha... now i work on my art for my own pleasure as well as for a career. heck, if i can do what i love for the rest of my life and get money for it, heck yeah, i'm all for it!
by the by... on the last image, the guy who's lifting the lip of that creature, his head kinda looks too big or his arms are too small. unless this is your style, i'd say we have a proportions problem. haha, just a rare crit from me. oh also, the characters look sweeeeet. i'd like an action figure of one of them please.
Lovely stuff, Cold! Very dynamic poses and like I've said before... clean, crisp linework! Good lookin' out on the comedy of the last one as well
Very nice updates!
I really like the one with the man dragging the monster by his lip - I wouldn't think of something like that in a million years! as for the comments about his head being too big - no worries lots of famous poeple, and young men have proportioanlly enlarged heads.. I think it works works well with your style!
Also it looks like your colors are coming along very nicely....can't wait to see more!
you mentioned a stop by so I thought to take you up on it . Youre thread shows some interesting char compositions. I dig youre camera angles as well. I'd like to see you rock out some envo's.
IMO with char and coloring, is to toss color randomly about and then pull from that.......similiar to what I was talking to andy about with abstraction...try it....dotting color and shapes then pulling from that as much as possible for anything: color, composition, vehicle..
it lets the mind wander and hot damn don't we all need a little of that
Wasn't about here that much lately, college and work etc..
Anyway, this is a project im working on for a UT07-mod-game with a highly talented team, to find out more about this game mod just visit www.southernrisemod.com.
Any game ideas or suggestion regarding anything Please just drop a note in www.southernrisemod.com's forums, thanks

Comic art rocks, and I truely love your style.
Stop playing World of Warcraft and do more sketching!
World of Warcraft is EVIL!
Though some of your coloring feels a bit wrong, I can definitly see great improvements.
The union rendering is sweet.
The forest fight for sunlight, that takes root in every tree.
sweet, cs2 is treating you well, I dig the green/yellow guy screaming! That's what I feel like doing right now!
Thats a long time since your last post. Good to have you back.
I really like the second picture. It has such a good punch because of the strong contrast. The fist one I feel is to flysquatted, the lags looks a bit like stickmen legs, they just feel very inmovable. Also the picture ends to early, it looks like the guards are standing on a cliff. I think some mountains in the background would make it better.
The last picture is also nice, an emotional facial expression on him there.
Hi, I've scanned in some of my recent doodles, also some of my Graphic Design course work, which is mostly done on a A2 size paper. I only got a A4 scanner:/
Some pencil work i had to do in my course:
This is me, using my mobile as reference, drawn on A2
reference of a magazine, drawn on A2
reference of a cooking pot
my x-mas gift of my x-girlfriend
and painted using paint-guache
and some colour-pencil and felt-tip work
Hey Cold, thanx for stopping by my sb!! All I gotta say is you're awesome bro!! So much good stuff here is hard to choose a fav. I really like those megan pieces! Keep postin more goodies man and thanx again.
That smirnoff bottle is superb, man. Everything is looking neat of your schoolwork exept for the face on the magazine guy. His eyes are not align up. Probably you have noticed it.
THe rest is also looking really good, especially the skull.
incredible stuff man, really enjoy your imagination.
Pencils looking good ass hell, love the progress in your coloring too.
I feel the last picture would have been much better if you just left out the person in front of the bike. He is overlapping the whole thing. I would have moved him a bit to the right, and maybe move the girl to the front, or make the girl interact with him.
Thats my cents.
Your work is truly inspiring. I love your little sketches at the beginning.
