first post here - okay, it's anything but concept art... I'm working out a new style for me, so every comments/crits are welcome.
I'd love to have your opinion, guys!
early research for the serie
I like very much your female drawings. They are better than the male ones, even if they are only studies.
The last females head seams a bit to big...
Iīve looked at your website and think this variation in your style fits fluently in your previous works. I really like this loose style - itīs very dynamic. Do you have a special purpose in mind or are you "just" looking for new way?
BTW Let the webmasters change you from NOOB to professional .
<Insert witty remark here>
beet on ca! I am finally happy.
amazing works man, are these from reference at all?
I love your work Beet ! It is very emotional, I can tell that you lOve art just nby looking at these.
I'd really love to see a large, finished piece done in this manner.
Damn cool stuff! its got a little Mc.Guinnes in it.
We now return you to Bullit already in progress...
The hair on that last pic is amazing. So loose...so awesome.
I love this stuff!
Way to go!
I love the green one... Is she the hot queen of lettuce?:p
The girl in panties is great. I don't know how you stay so loose, but in control, awesome technique.
The thunder of guns tore me apart.
These are freakin Great! I'm assuming from davi's comments that you're a pro. I'm so happy now! Thanks for posting! I love the sloppiness in them!
BTW: Did you use any refs?
There is nothing wrong with using a photo to help you see things.
No one complains about life drawing,
so take a photo.
its easy, and will improve your piece greatly."
mmm yummy.. im ready for seconds....----ty
thanks all. glad you guys seems to like the style and the pics. more will come next week.
I was ink, davi : for these works I'm using my own photos ( as ref ) wich I can non-respect as much as I want when painting on the ol' pc.
weapon82: yeah, something vegie for sure
broken cow: painter brushes, different versions, most of them straight from the can.
ChadTHX1138: well, I don't that artist's work, I'll have to check his stuff then
kaini : so do i, hopefully by the end of the serie
R_M : I'll be doing a male model on the next finished one, we'll see.
again, thnaks for the comments all
I like your loose painting technique. These paintings have a lot of llife and character. I especially like the the last painting, and the other two current images. Good stuff.
Did you draw them digitally or on paper first?
Lovin the loose style, yet controlled. Nice translation from picture to paint. Cool subtle lighting on the faces.

da7thsamurai : it depends. most goes without paper, some do ( this one has, weekend sketches, construction nailed ) ...not fond of golden rules, really
edit : btw ChadTHX1138, I could'nt find that mc guinnes you were reffering to ... got any direct link to him stuff ? cheers.
