First Post this is probly the 10th painting i have done in my life never have i spent over 15 hours on a painting =( sadly i have a feeling i didn't get the detail that i wanted i realy new to painting i rarely use glazes any tips to get more detail out of my painting..? and what not my drawings are what i usally do some times i get a little crazy. tips to make them better? or anything you like that i should keep doing thanks.
sadly i found my self in a very abstracted orintated collage rarly do the teach the clasic techniques of painting i try my best .. if anyone has step by step examples of how to get crips detail or realism. I realy want to learn how to do textures such as rust and what not as if its a photo. i gess i just need MORE MORE MORE practice

i don't realy ever finish anything i kinda like the unfished look or i get bord of it realy fast and move on or i might just start realy likeing something and get scard to mess it up but i know what you mean. i can wait to get out of collage and spend 100hours doing a painting *druel
Don't get scared to wreck stuff. If you're afraid, you just end up staying in the same place because you never push yourself. Just think, in a year you'll look back at these and think they aren't so good, so you might as well push yourself.

yea i have been in some big fights with my teachers prity much all threw hs and early on in collage i use to be REALY REALY tight it just wasn't very exciting art but *tecnquily good line quality i kinda relized what they where trying to do but some times your foolish =( i just though they was trying to be an ass. only after slowing my pogrestion do i relize
