I really like Color Harmony book. I don'tknow maybe it's the only color reference book that i have
www.handprint.com has tons of info on varying artrelated subjects. It's mainly a watercolor source, but the linear perspective techniqes and color theory is universal. Be warned though! It goes into great detail and is crammed with info so it will take you some time to digest everyting
