Hello... wanted to congratulate you with this grandiose project of the alien ship you built... That's an exciting event in your life, and I'm happy for you... here for more of those to come for you! What is better than see your work come to fruition which will enjoy many people, many families!
If you don't mind I will play my old game of guessing in your book...I like this thing... although I was wrong more than right. To discover how wrong I was is fun in its own way. Like looking at myself from other people eyes.
Those project is from the last year, but nevertheless,,,
Col. Travers: happily married or more probably, a self-sufficient bachelor, ex-military judging by a good posture, accurate, calm, decently educated, goodhearted, fair, honest, with certain strong principals and faith in the work he does. Maybe a little limited, but pretty smart and sufficiently understanding. His weakness is his decency, he is a gentlemen. Financially: comfortable.
Phil McAllistair: single, in his prime, opportunist, with a foggy past. Cruel, calculating, fast thinking, unreliable, a born gambler, likes to owe luxury. Ambitious, dangerous, vindictive, lively, energetic, smart, social, but controlling.
His possible weakness: he gets carried away because of his restless nature. Greedy. Likes to be in control.
Financially: will end up broken or forcefully dead.
Greg Miller: slow thinker at first sight, but pretty good executor, likes to be prepared to any circumstances. Accurate, reliable, not very intuitive, but observant, experienced, handy. Smart in his own way. Single, because of his distrust and dislike of people.
Possible weakness: limited imagination.
Financially: doesn't own anyone anything, because of that has some money, comfortable. His boss likes him but is not willing to promote him, (because Mr Miller is not creative).
Innkeeper: ex-blue collar worker, who managed to save some money and open his own little business. But the money is not big, so he has to accomplished many things without any hired hand. His inn is not very tidy, low-key, pretty chaotic, on a verge of bankruptcy.
He is sociable, friendly, with a lot of human weaknesses (gluttony, alcoholism, short-term affairs). He is a warm man, but already not very healthy, lonely and unkempt.
Financially: close to be broken. Possible weakness: to busy to stay afloat to notice what's going on around him.
Guard McFee: disgusting aloof woman. geez, I knew some of those in my life. Mine was stupider, this one looks shrewd, but nevertheless, they are major abusers of the little power they were given... because of their self- righteous, limited, unimaginative nature.
Religious, either they believe in God or not, and their way is the only way. Judgmental.
But reliable, in some way honest,, pedant kind of woman. Can't be corrupted, only by fear for her own life maybe.
Probably single, because her soul is dry as dead sponge. Might be a grandma, but stern, cold kind.
Financially: poor, but independent.
Weakness: plenty... first of all: stubbornness, pride.
Dr. Smith: Healthy, unisex, careless about her appearance young scientist. Very well educated, but limited in some way. Indifferent to any social life, self-forgetting, not a bad person, but just living in isolation, lonely, one-sided woman. Modern science priestess, devoted...
Financially: not poor, because she doesn't have any big expenses or friends or loved ones.
Her weakness: totally clumsy in a real life, naive, lacking street smarts.
Prof. Barthlomew: extremely closed minded personality. Pedant. Very devoted to his job. Honest and reliable, but terrible lacking imagination. Straight as an arrow and this could be used against him. Very reserved.
Prof. Cutter... Has a family, sociable, likes to talk and generalize, self-made "philosopher", not indifferent to pleasures in life ( good wine, good food, comfortable things, pretty young faces). Confident, good in what he does.
Weaknesses: curious, likes good things, can be bought at certain prize or fooled.
Sir Williams: Handsome man, in his prime, presentable, likable, charming, with a good humor. Always well dressed, with a sporty figure and nice, open, boyish face. Likes to wear good, expensive clothes, drive sporty cars, smoke expensive cigars...doesn't like to be contradicted by subordinates. Well liked by women and his employees.
Financially: upper class, although he is a self-made man.
A leader by nature, but a bit cocky and careless.
His weakness: ego, not very observant, used to give order for thing to be done... so dependent on other people...
Audrey: Flirty, self-absorbed secretary of dean, excessively feminine.
Likes attention of men, sweets and expensive life style. Not very smart. Single, looking.
Financially: needs a man to support her.
Weaknesses: a plenty. Loyal to her handsome boss.
Prof. Russel. Young, ambitious, single, energetic, but unfortunately not as lucky in making useful friends as the dean... because of that always behind him and angry at that. Can be bought... because of his unsatisfied ego...
I hope you don't mind me writing those...
I will stop for now although I really would like to say some words about your priest of agriculture... she is head turner. Maybe some other time if you are OK with that..

Nice work, sir! I really like the Hexenkinder piece. The colour and ambiance of it , is top notch. You characters are very expressive, and most have a sense of verisimilitude, which I enjoy. I hope to see more.
As always take care, be safe, and farewell
WOW!! this stuff is really impressive!
I enjoyed every page until I reach here, the page 14. Itīs incredible how you pop up textures from flat color zones. This last was sincerely awesome. And your characters are so imaginative too. Applauses dude!!
Hi Folks - thanks for the replies. As always, highly encouraging!
DARN NDA's! I did some nice things in 08 but hell, can't show...
anyways, a little piece I did privately for a DSA competition (german pen and paper system).
It is the great sourcerer Thomeg Atherion (an NPC inspired by Aleister Crowley). A Demonologist and Head of a big university, although over 60 years old still a magical appearance of a 45 year old, enigmatic and highly mysterious - so the briefing..
Hope you like it..
