So I'm reworking that space suit design I did a few months ago. There's a lot about it I'm not satisfied with now. I'm tweaking the pose to be a bit more dynamic. I want the volume and light to be more convincing. I will also be tweaking some of the clunkier design components.
Any feedback would be very welcome and appreciated.
Here's the original.

I attended the Massive Black Workshop here in San Francisco and it was immensely helpful. I had some really great portfolio reviews and some great feedback from the companies participating in the job fair. All in all, it's been a great Shark Week.
Here's a creature design I did this weekend. Approximately 8 hours. This was for a commission. Now that I think about it, it's sort of looks like My Little Pony meets Avatar.

Damn those greys. Damn.Hands down, awesome.
I would like to see you use more saturated and light colors, i think that would help the objects in your paintings stand out more, as well as making them more alive and creative.
A bit of cleaning up on some of the blends would be quite nice, otherwise i think you should exagerate your blend/strokes more. Right not they are not strong enough to be eye-catching, or soft enough to be serene.Where do you want to go with your style?
If i don't reply to questions on others sketchbooks, send me a message. I'm very scatterbrained
Your figure drawings are amazing! I love them! : D
It's been a busy couple months. Between appendicitis, traveling to New England and freelance work, I haven't had a lot of time to do personal work. Here are moleskine brian farts. I guess the thing about NDAs is that you have to paint even more if you want to remind people you haven't fallen off the the grid.
