I have posted some quick sketches long time ago, but they are definately not worth watching
Bought a scanner today and i am finally able to scan sketches by myself
[Canon Canoscan Lide35 , if anybody has some tips for me, regarding good scanning of b/w sketches, feel free to pm me ]

on the skull..remember that the highest part of the skull is in the back, not in the front as your drawing would inicate. Even in perspective, you should be able to tell the highest point is in the back. apart from that, you could use some controlling of your values. notice how when you squint at the drawing, everything fades to white except a few black spots. you need to build up tones more, squint at the subject, and try and put that in the drawing.
I self-published a book on the fundamentals of drawing from life.
Thx, i īve to work a lot on the tones. I guess my main problem is, that i am using too much light tones where i should use darker ones.
Hey, those feet are great. I especially like how you made it dark between the toes. Those kind of dark accents really make the picture pop and you should add them elsewhere.
I usually do a little adjusting with the levels in photoshop to fix up my black & white scans. In the levels dialog box, you can adjust the arrows to make the whites a little brighter and the blacks a little darker.
keep it up!
Here is an update of the wip above
the sheet below is visible, perhaps because of the markers used for the sketch, just ignore it
