Yo! Spidey got the Shakira/J-Lo boo-tay! Spider-ba-donka-donk in da house!
Now that I've got that out of the way: it looks basically fine. If it were me I'd make Foreground Spider-Man about twice his present size on the page (and, obviously, also adjust the two Spider-Men in mid-jump) to force the perspective a bit more. Right now all four figures are close to the same size and it is flattening out the page.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).
The last posture feel a little strange for me, something's not right. Someone that fall will not fall on his heels. With the movement swing you did to help the dynamics, I feel like Spidey will fall back because of that.
