The underlying drawing has major problems, mostly anatomy and proportion problems with your figures. It also seems to be stuck partway between realism and deliberate, cartoony exaggeration.
I like the way you finished it -- the frame, the shadow, the background. It's the kind of design thinking that will do you favors -- after you've brushed up your figure drawing fundamentals.
So, next time...thrash harder in the sketch stage.

lefty's eyes seem very far apart, baldy's face seems too big for his head, his drink looks like ketchup. girly looks like she needs the toilet. im not crazy about the drop shadow. it makes them seem cut from cardboard.
