Here's a new one from the past couple of days...channeling that Tolkien inspiration! I also have a related post on this piece on Muddy Colors Blog : Studio Wormholes and what happens when they appear, changing the speed of time and creation of art in the studio. Enjoy!

Very nice! I'd like to see it fully rendered with color and texture...
Download Chapter 1 and 2 for free! (PDF format)To the brave guardian the Advocate’s eyes fell. “Banion – you must move swiftly to assemble the alliance capable of infiltrating the very heart of the dark legion…”
Looking forward to seeing this one finished up, funny how those worm holes happen

Great! Someone remembered Tolkien's dragons were accompanied by a foul smoke....just finished the chapter introducing Smaug in The Hobbit last night. I do hope you make this into a painting.

I had a minor heart attack.
Thanks for posting Donato. Great sense of light... with just a few grains of chalk. Marvelous.
From Gegarin's point of view
Lovely graphic style. The details in the dragons flesh is great and I love the wispy smoke (I think it's smoke) in the background. Great work!
Awsome work. For me the perspective is cool, used color allso perfect!
