I really like the 30 minute / 1 hour class.
What I currently like to do is 10x30s nx10m (n = as much as you like)
Some other portraits and figures I did a little while back. Looking at them now I can see how dark they are. The top left one is somewhat distorted.

Really nice! You did a great job with those poses! Also go for some 5 or 10 minute ones!
For your heads, I would suggest some more skull anatomy studies and photo-studies from faces (try to eyeball the correct colors from the photo). That helps a lot with rendering.

Hey, welcome to CA! Good start so far, but it's time to slow it down and work on your fundamentals, the most important of which is perspective. Really nailing down this tool will help to add believable construction to all or your drawings, whether they be finished pieces or quick 30sec gestures. Keep up the good work.
