Hi everybody,I've been learning Anatomy(Bridgeman's drawing from life) for couple weeks.I found that the anatomy of arm is much more complicated than other parts of human body(At least in my opinion),so I did these exercises. Wonder is there any fundamental anatomical problems in them?Welcome any feedback! Thanks a lot!
your lines look very firm and strong. well, the arm of a hunky guy (yumyum btw) is sure more complicated than the one of an ordinary dude or a female. glad you posted them, they remind me that i should sketch some muscles and bones as well some time.
Those look really nice! Watch that your forearm isn't bigger than your upper arm, or you'll be making Popeyes.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).
They look really nice, I'm also trying to learn from that book right now. Do you do them from memory or are done by looking at the book? If it's the first one, you nail them down, if it's the second, you probably already know it but, try to also do them from memory. Nice job anyway, can't really see any obvious flaws but since you also have the book, best that you check it out with it I think.
Thank you guys.So happy to recieve your feedbacks. Some are very helpful! Stoat, you are right.I've never noticeted the proportion problem of upper arm and fore arm.It indeed looks like Popeyes ,LOL
