I would tighten up the entire figure - especially the hair which its looking patchy.
Plus, it might be good to decide on a style and stick with it. Right now, the background, the hair and the face are all clashing with one another.
Lastly, the background has more detail than your foreground which is distracting.

Not sure if I want to work more on it, I may just make it worse. A nice study anyway, I think, learned a lot from it.
And the fact that there no hordes of CA users telling me to fix a gazillion things is encouraging
I don't think it's that bad. Just watch the nose a bit more.
