Vlad74 - It's still not as expressive as I want it to be but I'll get there
Erikly - Thanks, I have to post more often!
10 min sketches, firearms (because my brain was telling me I couldn't paint them and I decided to prove him wrong) and another sketch-experiment.
Holy cow! Everything here has so much energy and life! It's amazing!
I think should be focusing on getting experience with rendering things more detailed and better polished, because you already have a lot of energy and visual communication with your use of colour and gesture. Subscribing because it's really inspirational. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advise, herionz and frit, appreciated and duly noted
and I need thoughts on this one, I might include it in my portfolio but...
I really admire your work. Your colors are bright and saturated and figure lose and dynamic.
Hi, great work, just wanted to leave my thoughts on last piece since you requested it, unless you want to apply for dc comics, i don't think have a fan art piece of wonder woman is so great idea, it would be more interesting for people looking at your portfolio to see your own designs rather then someone else, again just my thoughts, keep up the good work!
CarmenJudy [/B] : ah cheers!
snatti: yeah, about that, I was just preparing for the comic con (honestly I would love to work on comics too) but I agree, it has no business being on my portfolio
a little update, studies from life and a photo
also a paint over I did based on Lyraina's portrait and some thoughts

Thanks! quickly popping in to drop this, the photography of the new star trek trailer was too beautiful to not make a study
I think I got a bit exited and now I don't have any hours left to sleep before work oh well... maybe I'll touch it up and upload the process, as soon as I don't need monster cans to stay awake
woah so, I've got kind off a macro dump to make, so let's get this over with
Hey alekina, those two last post are fucking good, lot of variety and a very loose style that suits you well (like the sketches under the butt..)
Also like your colors scheme. I'm curious to see what you could do in more narrative pictures with a scene etc.. rather than graphic composition as you do at the moment. Anyway nice inspiration, keep on sharing!

bouroune: ah thank you mate, I have to try with some storyboarding/comic but I ain't got a clue of how to start to be honest, it's a bit overwhelming. PS:your work is real talk btw you make me feel like dust haha
right so lets post some crap, sorry about those stupid watermarks, i don't save the psd files when i sketch :/
tsk i have 0 consistency or motivation to render anything, most of the times i don't go further than a sketch. I think the problem is that i become incredibly bored of if i have to carry on with the same piece for more than a day. The solution to this would be to become faster, but how?
Today's environment studies, is not much but it's better than nothing
yeee dumb sketches of a bunch of assholes (i could do this 5min pieces of shit forever they make laugh)
also dreams of strangers in mirrors and shedding my shark teeth
I'll be back when I have more horror dreams to show, they are the only ones I have but I love them
Your use of color is so confident and utterly awesome, and your brushwork is straight up gorgeous. And holy crap, that pulling-the-tooth-out thing is freaking me out. My favorites are posts #10 (that one is friggin beautiful), #29, and that rifle thing in #32. Your brush strokes are the boldest and most confident, and the colors purest in those.
Seriously good work. Kudos.
Dahlia - ah thank you, I like the rendering technique in those posts too, but is very time consuming. I'm experimenting with other ways to be faster
Composition, Light and simple forms practice. All from imagination to test my visual memory and speed(the face is a photo study/colorexperiment tho)
also tried different ways of arranging colors together cause i always do the same colours
it's not very good but i hope quantity will give me quality in time
Those gun paintings look amazing. Yeah, I'm going to start painting with colors now digitally. I have no excuse anymore. It's great to see another artist growing from their techniques and will to experiment further than what their brain tells them so. Thanks for the motivationQ!
Cheers Solitarius! keep pushing and stay motivated
some uninspired crap to keep me going, pose study and quick crappy doodles from imagination (i'm still so bad at those it makes me furious)
I'm having a lot of fun with Sculptris, I thought I could never do 3D things cause I'm retarded when it comes to this stuff but they are turning out better than I expected. Also composition sketches unfortunately I don't have a scanner to show the ones on paper but they where really tiny and abstract anyway.
assorted junk of the week
some stuff i've been doing lately
and my first try at animating something (it was awesome, I learned tons with this)
