I'm ready to work hard everyday to get my skill up. I kinda wrote a little story about myself but I was rambling so I just deleted it haha.
So basically all you need to know about me is that I'm 18, and haven't started to draw in a more "serious" manner until about 6 months ago.
But I have this really bad habit of not studying what I want or studying only the things that I like or am comfortable with.
So I thought I'd tackle all the things that make me feel uncomfortable and make them comfortable!
What I wish to work on are the following:
Anatomy in depth (I've done quite a lot of figure drawings but I feel it is not enough at all, and my knowledge of anatomy is quite lacking)
Values and colors
Design (I mainly want to design cool armor and maybe some sci-fi gears haha)
I feel like I wrote too much so I'll get down to business. any advice or comment would be very appreciated
Wish me luck!!
I did some hand studies along with some value studies! I also doodled quite a bit on paper
Good, it's coming along!
Hey everyone! I missed a day because i drew on paper and didnt really want to take pictures of them haha.
Anyway! I'm really trying to push the studies. Today I did some doodling on my sketchbook and did some gesture drawings along with some bridgeman hand refs (I don't know how everyone copies them so well! haha. Mine look kindaa similar but not quite)
I also tried a bunch of colors today.. but overall i felt kinda frustrated to be honest
Any advice on getting into color would be awesome along with any criticism or suggestions! See you tomorrow
