can someone show me how to do the rear leg?
I have extended the front leg a bit would that make it right?
the other changes are going really well, thanks
I'm mostly wondering if the anatomy is right on this, is the head the right size, are the legs ok, stuff like that, I guess he could be a bit more mobile in his armour so thanks to all that spotted that.
also wondering about the lighting and shadow, any crit welcome
You should give some colour to the face, http://gurneyjourney.blogspot.ca/200...s-of-face.html. The overall is very monochromatic, if you had a color in the background (even desaturated) to add some reflections to the armour, it would make it more appealing and a bit richer.
edit: if you're dead set on keeping it a no colour zone, then something like the artist Lordlouis just posted would help make it a little more lively. Just a tad of a warmer (or cooler) hue in the shadows rather then a neutral grey.

I just wanted to say: the rendering reminds me very much of Kerem Beyit:
This grainy/brushed metal rendering, always smoky backgrounds etc.
Have a look at this one:
Note the position of the feet.
thanks guys you're right, i will try some colour, and yes it does look a bit like Kerem Beyit
Question for you guys, how much could you charge for something like the character that I have done? and how long would you be given to do something of this quality?
