I have an old sketchbook on here but I haven't updated it in years so I decided to start a new one. Feedback would be much appreciated.
All of the paintings in this first post are acrylic on canvas, except the alien one which is graphite, colored pencil and acrylic on board.
I think the paintings are really really nice. Most of em are from reference I'm guessing? Either way I think they're fairly great.

Lovely landscapes, especially the ones in the last update.
beautiful. I love the atmosphere and colour schemes in them. Keep it up!
Your color harmony seems to be really improving! Are you using pro-quality acrylics or student grade? I've been wanting to try acrylics, but can only afford student quality. My experience with student quality gauche makes me nervous about it though.
It might be my monitor, but it seems like you're using a ton of super saturated color, which makes things seem a bit Lisa-Frank-ish. If you tone down most of your colors it'll make the colors you leave saturated stand out that much more.
I use both pro-quality and student grade paint. You definitely get what you pay for, but sometimes I just don't have the extra money to spend on pro-quality so I go I'll usually go for the Liquitex Basics line. I think they are decent for the price.
You are right that I use a lot of saturated color. Color is something I'm definitely looking to improve on. Thanks for the advice, I'll try toning it down a bit and see what happens.
