I am trying to learn everything I need in order for me to be a digital artist, I'm trying to learn value and perspective currently so any help or comments on the below will be appreciated. Also what books or tutorials on perspective can I read or buy. :-)
You seem to understand the basic idea of perspective; apart from some details, that is okay. However, the perspective in your first value sketch is badly off: learn to apply perspective, for instance in a city scape, before moving on to rendered studies...

thanks, will do some more work on this and try to apply it. Do you know any books or course on value?
