What's up everybody, it's been years since I've posted here. Sorry, just been busy :/. I just finished an iOS game I've been making with a friend for the past 2 years called Brainsss. I did the concept art, modeling, texturing, level designs, and gameplay designs for the game. It's available now on the iTunes store.
Here's a look at our trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YsNTHE6cYA
Brainsss is a zombie game where the player controls zombies and converts humans to joining their swarm. I'll show some of the process in bringing the game to fruition.
A concept image of controlling a zombie swarm.
This is a concept painting of the title screen.
This is a screen shot of the game title screen.
Early concepts for characters.
More finalized versions of the characters.
These are some layouts for the levels.
This is an early painting for what the actual game could look like.
As you guys can see, the actual screen shot from the game looks pretty close to the earlier painting.
Concept image for the office setting.
An image to figure out the lighting for the office.

Thanks for looking, just for kicks I thought I'd show some other work I've done over the years.
Hey I played your game the other day. It's pretty cool.
Game looks really clever and the art style is eye-catching. I'll check it out!
btw... awesome environments. I see you were at Pandemic, I knew a couple of people who worked there.

Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love them top down shooters, and liking your landscapes and
isomeric drawings you got them skills.
I LOVE your environmental paintings! I have a big favor to ask of you- I was wondering if you could point me to where you got the brushes you use for your environmental pieces. I truly enjoy your work, hope to talk to you soon
Sioli: Thanks, every bit of support for the game is much appreciated.
SlowDaddie: It's amazing how everybody from Pandemic split up and went in different directions. Who did you know there?
BenBoesel: So is there a particular brush you're referring to? Which painting? I have a bunch of brushes from my buddy Khang Le, and I got Jaime Jones' brushes online, which you can find online if you google it. Besides that, I have my own custom brushes. To be honest, I don't really use a lot of crazy brushes, most of the textures in the paintings come from photos.
Nice that ninja assassin dude is getting some serious air!
